From the onset, I was impressed with Kim's onboarding when it came to my wants and needs as a first-time home buyer that was pretty green to the home buying process. She quickly processed and discussed my options with me in the initial meeting and set up a list of potential homes that updated with each new home that hit the market with my desired criteria. Kim was great with communication to set up showings and help provide great service regardless of the morning, evening, or weekend, she was always willing to help out and be available. She was always incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. When it came time to make an offer, Kim was incredibly intelligent about making a competitive offer and doing her homework on the specific property. Simply said, without Kim this home buying process would have been significantly more difficult and a lot less enjoyable than it was with Kim as my realtor.
