I was able to reach out to kailtin with any question I had, and if she didn't know then she was quick to contact seller agent to find out. Kaitlin also went above and beyond by making sure I was aware and ready for the next step in the mortage loan! For example, At the begining i was just trying to see homes didnt even know who to talk to or what to do start. Well she did. She got a company to reach out to me and explain the steps I needed to move forward. If it wasn't for Kailtin I feel I would be miles behind where I am at now. It was the home that I grew up in and I knew that I had no idea how to determine its actual worth. I had known about Kim Musgrave from my time living in Western Ky. She has been a real estate professional for over 20 years and I knew she good at job. I called her up and explained to her the details and my situation. She answered my call on the first time and explained to me what she would do and her timeframe. In about 3 days she called and told me she had went to my home. She gave me what I considered a good price that my home was worth. She went above and beyond for me and made what was a difficult process (selling my childhood home) a little easier. If I were to ever have a real estate need in Western Ky, theres only one person I would consider using and thats, Kim. Five stars is really not enough to rate her with.

My lender goofed a little on submitting some things late, but thats not the realtors fault, and the holidays/pandemic caused the delay, not the lender. They kept me informed as much as possible and met with me after hours when needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is realty veteran. Been there, seen that, made recommendations, & SOLD THAT! Her experience shows through he vast knowledge of the market, your neighborhood, and your home. Shes not full of bull. When she speaks, she is saying something important. Take note. If you want to sell your home, take her advice seriously. She knows her business and has sold more homes than one could possibly fathom. I'm willing to bet she sold more homes during height of the Corona Pandemic (March-June 2020) than other realtors did the entire year. I know, as my realtor didnt do squat, and Kim was out working, showing, & selling. So when my contract was up, I hired Kim on June 26th. She came by and made recommendations to make the house more attractive to buyers. Then she came by to view the changes and made other recommendations. A few mini projects and (3) months later and my house is under contract. Money and time WELL SPENT! Thank you, Kim! Thank you for being assertive and pushing me (gently) to take your advice. I'm glad I did. You absolutely know your line of work. I will always highly recommend you as the best. Thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED LOVE these two ladies!!!! Words can not express the working relationship I've had with Kim Musgrave and her associate Shellee!!! Over the past year my home was up for sale with two different realtors before Kim had contacted me. On that call I expressed my biggest concerns to her stating during the time my home was listed I never heard from the other realtors unless I contacted them only to recieve a text back. I expressed those concerns to Kim and what I expected. Kim took the time and really listened to my wants and needs to get my home sold where she immediately got started...not to mention the little things such as taking additional pictures and ordering me a new sign advertising there was a dock with my property. Between Kim and Shellee they contacted me EVERY week...Also hearing from Shellee sometimes twice a week making sure they had everything in order, and if there was anything else I needed. Showing their professionalism Kim and Shellee went up and beyond to work for me also advising me if needed.
