1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get a pre-approval before starting to look at homes. Make sure your finances are in order. There are many, many government regulations that need to ne adhered to and there is no magic button. Finances must be in order. AFter that the rest falls into place. We set the goals for the home you want and set about achieving those goals.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get your home ready before you go on the market. Take care of any deferred maintenance and any touch ups before going live on the market. Clean out closets and storage areas to be totally ready. We are in a solid sellers market. Make it easy on yourself with a small amount of up front work. It will serve you well.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with clients at all levels. First time buyers, relocation clients moving for a job, military clients moving in and out of the country.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I received a call from an 84 year old buyer client. She wanted to buy a home in PA to be closer to family. I assisted in helping her contract with a builder to have a new home built. SHe also had a home to sell in NC...So I assisted in helping her find an agent where she was located to get her home sold! Very memorable client. Made a forever impression on me.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I purchased a rental property and did not have a good agent. I realized I could do this job and do it well. I got my license shortly after and love every second of it.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have 12 years experience in selling real estate. I assist sellers and buyers in all types of transactions. I work with all price ranges and all types of residential sales.

If I could rate six stars I would. Kim's real estate expertise and local knowledge made all the difference for me, in a very tough seller's market.
