Kim McGinnis

Kim brings a background of valuation and market analysis to her real estate business as she was a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser in Portland from 1999-2020. She has worked in Oregon for the past 14 years and is now licensed and living in Washington. Kim's real estate business is based on referrals. She strives to help each and every person she comes into contact with, reach or realize their real estate goals. Whether it be helping them buy their first home, buy or sell their first investment property or transitioning into retirement living, she is there to consult with her clients every step of the way. Kim holds a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and focuses a lot of energy on helping people in a transitional stage of life. Kim is also an Earth Advantage Broker which has given her an education and awareness on environmentally friendly building practices.
