    My wife and I began looking for a home in may of 2015. We dealt with several realtors over the course of a few months. Everyone of them was more interested in the money we had to spend, and whether or not we had already dealt with lending. Rather than finding the home that would fit our needs, including budget. Obviously budget is important for them to know, but ours didn't seem high enough to grab their attention. then we met Kim... She was awesome... She didn't seem to care what our budget was. She showed us any hous we found on line, or anywhere else for that matter. We even considered moving to Wichita Falls at one point, and Kim said she was up for the road trip. Finally in January, we found the home, and land we wanted. Kim was on the ball every step of the way. Even tho we were dealing wit the closing during the week leading up to her wedding.Anytime I hear someone talking about losing for a home, I recommend Kim Martin. Jason Barnes
