She was very astute to convert one of our bedrooms to show as a girls room as all our bedrooms were either decorated for guests or boys. ZillowVERIFIED Kim's forte is listing and staging. She is good about following up with other realtor's as well. My overarching impression is that as my listing agent she did not have my best interests at heart. While we got a full price offer, I felt her recommended listing price was low and that she was more intent on selling quickly by giving into to prospective buyers wants and wish lists rather than working to obtain the best possible selling price. After contract signature she was not responsive and was not very helpful in getting our paperwork notarized or recommending contractors.

I had my faith in realtors shaken with the realtor I used to buy my house. With that realtor, she made promises and led me to trust her but virtually disappeared once we made the offer and signed the contract. Not so with Kim Marie. Her follow up skills are impeccable. Her knowledge of the area is unsurpassed. Her negotiation ability is fantastic. And above all, she is honest, hard working and truly talented. Because she does her homework about the demographics of the buyers in my area, she was able to give great advice in helping me prepare my house for the market. Once I was through with my preparations, she worked incredibly hard to successfully stage my house. I could hardly believe how great it looked when she was finished.
