Hi, my name is Kim Lute and I have been a licensed Realtor for almost 20 years. I love showing and listing houses and getting to know my clients. In 2016, I earned the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club award, and hope to earn another one in 2017! I have lived in the Lucasville, Ohio area for the past 20 years, and I am married to Scott Lute. Scott and I have raised four wonderful kids and have ten granddaughters and one grandson.
