Kim was great from start to finish. She worked with me for months as we narrowed down what I wanted and where I wanted it. She held my hand through the process as I knew nothing going into this. We found the right house and through her expertise, I got it at the right price. When the woman is standing at the edge of an open septic tank in good shoes and relaying the finer points of how a tank works - you know youve got the right person in your corner. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase a home.

In my opinion Kim is the absolute BEST!! Very knowledgeable of the area we were looking which was nice because she was able to let us know quite a bit about the area. She was always extremely responsive & on top of everything. The sellers realtor of the house we were buying tried some dirty tricks to make us absorb some of the costs the seller had to pay, Kim stood up for us & never backed down, knew all of the laws & came out victorious! If I know anyone who is looking for a recommendation either in person or on social media, I recommend Kim with no hesitation! We were 1,000% happy with Kim & if you use her as your realtor you will be too!!

I can't say enough good things about Kim. She knows the area very well, she put up with our difficult schedules for showing our home, she responded almost immediately to any inquiry, she listened carefully when we told her what we were looking for in a dream home, and she found us our dream home. She stayed in touch and continued to advocate for us even after we closed! If we ever end up moving again - we don't ever want to, but if we do - we will contact Kim again.

In my opinion, Kim went the distance when it came to purchasing our home. Being a foreclosure, the deal was far from simple and provided a bump at every turn in the road. I am not exactly the most patient person but Kim was there to assure me things were going to work out. They did and I am very happy with our purchase. Here local knowledge is beyond question as is her knowledge and experience in the business. It was truly a pleasure doing business with her! If you are selling a home and want top dollar the more you repair the better your home will present itself. If you have living space over your garage many towns require the sheetrock to be in good order taped and spackled.
It sounds like to are buying a "portable" building. Meaning it not attached to a foundation rather a pad or just sitting on the ground. Sheds sold at Home Depot and Lowe's are taxable as would be a Morton Building or pole barn. Property taxes are based on the size of the building and what you are adding to it. Electric, water, heat, ac etc will all contribute to the value the town places on the building.
