When it was time to sell, I went back to this wonderful group of folks and was lucky to work with Kim. My move out of state was a stressful process (As a single person, I had to pack and move my house all by myself, buy a house in Ohio, and sell mine in AZ all at the same time!) Kim helped me every step of the way, and was as much cheerleader and therapist as she way excellent realtor! When we had a buyer pull out of an offer, she guided me through that bump in the road and reassured me it would sell. And sure enough, her experience and knowledge of the market proved correct - we got a BETTER offer and it sold a few weeks later! Since it was a Repo house, it took extra work on Kims part, but she handled it well. She kept us updated through the process. Kim and our purchased house is in Pace, Florida and we live in Iowa. We then returned home and Kim was able to handle the closing without us returning to Florida. We were very satisfied with her work.
