Review We met with Kim on a Saturday and with her assistance, we were able to have our place ready for market within 3.5 weeks. She provided specific assistance with having the interior completely painted and installing new carpet throughout the condo In addition, updated hardware for doors and cabinets were completed along with a new light fixture, ceiling fan and staging of our condo. Pictures were taken and a virtual tour was created. Our place looked amazing and I even commented that we had changed our minds on selling and decided to stay. Of course, we were just thrilled with the outcome.Communication was continuous, quick and she was always available to answer any questions at any time of the day/night. Kim's entire team was involved and worked together to make sure everything had been addressed and ready for the open house and ensuing offers. With the amount of work that was done, it really did take her team which made everything appear seamless.As we reviewed the various offers, Kim's expertise was very insightful and allowed us to properly view each one. As we decided on the offers, she made sure key dates leading to closing were timely and appropriate. And at closing, everything was in order and went smoothly ... just as you'd expect. Without a doubt, we would have Kim be our realtor again. She is a joy to work with and we recommend her to any that read this review.

Review Working with Kim and her team has been a great experience. We told her we wanted to sell our home and she was able to list it a week later. In that week before she made appointments to get our house staged, windows cleaned, get the whole house cleaned and spotless, and get all the photography and videos done. There was no worry or hassle on our end and the house looked great and we went on the market that Friday. The house got multiple offers and she walked us through them and helps us understand and pick the best one. After we accepted one of the offers Kim and her team have been so helpful with communication with the next steps and making sure we dont fall behind or miss anything. Selling a home is stressful and Kim and her team have made it a pleasant experience.
