KIM WAS THE LISTING AGENT FOR OUR HOME. WHEN WORKING WITH KIM; YOU HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF A REALTOR WHO KNOWS, UNDERSTANDS, AND USES TECHNOLOGY TO MARKET YOUR HOME PROPERLY. SHE HIRES THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS. SHE WISELY SUGGESTED THAT WE USE A PROFESSIONAL STAGER SO OUR HOME WAS PRESENTED IN THE BEST POSSIBLE LIGHT. ITS IMPORTANT IN A COMPETATIVE AND A SLOWER THAN USUAL MARKET TO PRESENT WELL. IN ADDITION, KIM IS HONEST, FORTHRIGHT AND TAKES THE TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE SELLING PROCESS. SHE HELD MULTIPLE OPEN HOUSES, AND WITH THE HELP OF HER COMPANY; BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES, CREATED MARKETING MATERIALS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT AN AVERAGE AGENT COULD PRODUCE. REAL ESTATE CAN BE STRESSFULL; WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT YOU WORK WITH AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL WHO WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS AND GET RESULTS. KIM KIRKS IS THE AGENT FOR YOU.

Kim has been the best agent I've worked with to date. She is highly responsive, and is a major advocate for her clients. I've worked with her from a seller's perspective (was planning to list a previous property with her), a buyer's perspective, and from a professional perspective as well (was working as an escrow officer to facilitate many transactions with Kim). She is remarkably professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

Kim did a great job helping us sell our property. We live about seven hours away, but she was able to navigate the whole process for us without any stress on our part. She was knowledgeable about the area and other comparable properties, and she communicated with us regularly. We greatly appreciate all she did to get our land sold!

"We had a very productive experience with Kim in selling our Moab condo. We listed it at what turned out to be an unfortunate lull in the market, but Kim pulled out all the stops to find us a buyer at a satisfactory selling price. She was resourceful, tenacious, and a pleasure to work with!"

Km is an outstanding, thoughtful, and is completely committed to her clients. She went the extra mile for me, had answered every question I had. Kim has worked diligently to seek answers from the smallest detail to the most complicated outcomes. Kim has the skills of an expert, understanding the real estate market that is far reaching than what I expected. She would go away from her personal life to give showings even at the last minute. While delivering contracts accurately and timely, she exchanges information directly with other realtors and takes immediate action when necessary. Anyone would find Kim to be advantageous with any endeavors in the real estate market.

It was a pleasure working with Kim in the sale of my brothers home-away-from-home in Moab. She was invaluable in her recommendations of local trades-persons to clear, clean, and repair the home before it was listed. All of her referrals were responsive, communicative, and performed with top-notch skill. Kim herself also worked diligently on the propertys preparation- sorting furnishings for staging, cleaning the garage, and determining what the yard required to show better. She was always enthusiastic, prepared, and focused during our conversations and correspondence aEUR| and patient with multitudes of questions! I heard from her regularly, whether a showing was scheduled or not. A resident, she knew the local market, and was prompt and deliberate in helping price the property to sell. I couldnt have asked for a better agent to see me through the sale process!

Kim did an outstanding job selling our lot in Moab, UT. Highly skilled, professional, efficient, very pro-active which is hard to find. She went above and beyond to track down information and answer potential buyer's inquiries. Her fee hardly seems high enough for all the time she put in. She provided regular market and inquiry updates and has lots of connections for places to list her properties and get great visibility and attract interest. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Working with Kim was a delight. She was responsive, open minded, well-informed, and stayed one step ahead of me the entire process. I have bought and sold quite a few properties in the last 10 years and I would rate this at the very top for customer service and final results. I can recommend her without hesitation.
