I use my expertise to help you make the wisest real estate decisions for YOU. I went into Real Estate after years in corporate (event planning), nonprofit (travel/meeting coordinating), government (background investigations), athletics (logistics/community coordinating and mentoring), race directing, and running my own retail business. I wanted to work directly with people, doing something that helped people move forward, in a field where results are tangible and the people I'm working with are happy. I approach real estate with class, competence, and confidence. My goal is for my clients to be excited and comfortable at the end of their transaction. I thrive on problem solving, working through logistics, and ensuring my clients know I am paying attention to their needs and wants while building lasting relationships - without added pressure. I like to be proactive and know the value in networking with my colleagues and the public.

I combine a laid-back Colorado personality with my underlying Jersey/NYC girl grit and Washington, DC determination. My Kiwi husband and I live in Niwot with our toddler and two Jack Russell Terrors (yes, terrors). We go to New Zealand to visit my in-laws every few years and I've completed a few deals from over 7500 miles away. I also volunteer with the Niwot Community Association, coordinating the annual 4th of July Parade and other events. Let me shoulder the stress of buying and selling real estate on your behalf.
