The first 2 told us only what we wanted to hear and then asked US what price to ask.Kim took more interest and asked more questions and gave more information in the first 20 minutes that the other 2 combined. She noticed details, good and bad, that the other 2 had not even noticed.She was straightforward about what we needed to do, what we should not bother with, and had local people for work we needed (septic, in particular).She took the bull by the horns. She set an asking price $25K higher than the other two. We then had a buyer, for full asking price, in two days.

I had my home listed for 12 months prior to signing on with Kim Hanadel. I was under contract within a month. Many things made the sale of this home complicated. I was able to get my house sold without damaging my credit and without draining my bank account to get out of a mortgage on a home that was seemingly upside down. Kim handled many issues and situations without driving up attorney fees. I found myself at ease because Kim was handling everything. I would definitely recommend her. She is aggressive, motivated and works tirelessly. At the same time, she made me feel completely relaxed and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
