We met multiple realtors and builders but with Kim we felt like we found a friend in unknown space. Being a first time home buyer we were completely new to this, Kim helped us a lot in understanding the things from making a deal with Builder to selecting our custom options. Kim has a lot pf patience, she showed us a bunch of modern houses to get us up to speed on modern design ideas and comfort options. She stood on our side when dealing with Builder. She was with us through the entire 1 year process from designing phase to till we celebrate our house warming ceremony. She got private inspections done to make sure the house is as per standards. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I am not one that has appreciated the efforts of real estate professionals in the past. This being said, I found myself slightly interested in looking at residential real estate properties in early 2016. The parameters I gave Kim were number of bedrooms, bathrooms and school district. This turned out to be much more restrictive than I would have thought. We ran into an issue that even other real estate professionals with 20 years experience in this area had not encountered and I believe Kim went above and beyond the call of duty to remedy it. Between Kim and the few other professionals she recommended, the entire process was almost effortless on my part. Unfortunately for Kim I dont see myself needing to buy another home, however if I do Ill definitely contact her.

She also helped us shop around for a better mortgage rate, which saved us thousands! She worked with us from the beginning till end of our home building process including finding a builder, lot, design of home, budget, negotiation with builder, finding each items in different shops in and around Iowa City. She showed almost all open houses to get idea of our custom homes. She will take photos and print them and maintained till end of the project.
