As you know, when we first met, I told you that I hated real estate agents and that I thought they were all overpaid and did so little, not providing much more than a listing in the MLS. This transaction that we closed today was the most difficult, exhaustive and at times devastating deals Ive lived through in 60 years. High rise condos are a different niche all together, we all know that. But when a 8aEUR? sprinkler system pipe breaks behind the stairwell walls between the 17th and 18th floors and floods the floors below, you never wavered. You were able to bring me to close, on-time and never once did you not fully support my decision making process in an incredibly complex transaction. You immediately disclosed the issue and made my buyer feel comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Let me begin by saying I had a series of really bad experiences with three other realtors before meeting Kim. I told her from the beginning that I didnt like realtors and was very skeptical about entering into another contract to sell my home. With her kind yet straight forward approach she ever so gently convinced me to give her a shot at selling my home that had been on the market for a year. Within 6 weeks we had two contracts. I didnt renew the first because it was contingent upon the buyers home selling. However we closed on the second contract in 30 days. I also used Kim to represent me buying a condo in downtown Fort Worth. She was very diligent in helping me purchase the perfect condo for me. I will be honest and say that I am not these easiest person to represent when spending my money but Kim always responded quickly and professionally to my texts and calls.
