ZillowVERIFIEDKim was great! We were not sure where we wanted to buy and she took us to see houses everywhere from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. She was very patient with the process and we found the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Colorado.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim was very helpful to us in our search for a new home. She was very friendly and down to earth. She responded quickly and made sure we stayed on top of every situation. She also insured us that she would be around if we ever needed further assistance.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim was knowledgeable, personable and very, very kind. She took all of my needs and wants into consideration and only showed me houses that fit my criteria. She didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with and was very patient. By the end of the process I felt like we were friends. Kim and her team were awesome. I recommend them to everyone I know that's looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDYou never realize how stressful the home buying process can be until youre in the middle of it. I worked with Kim to purchase my first home. Then to sell that home and purchase my current home. She is always so courteous, understanding, responsive and professional. Shes also a people person and loves to see the joy home ownership brings to individuals and families.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I was moving she bent over backwards to get me a great deal on my house, help me pay for a plumber for the new person to check out things and just all around did whatever she could just to make sure my transition from home buyer to home seller went flhome seller went flawlessly. She also helped me get the house and she also did a great job and helped me through that process without knowing how to buy house as well. She is knowledgeable and helpful and just an all around wonderful realtor! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIEDKim is absolutely amazing. She helped us find our very first home and in an insanely competitive market, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we got the home of our dreams. We were complete newbies to homebuying, and she was there every step of the way to answer any and all questions we had.She is professional, responsive, attentive, kind, and she genuinely cares about her clients as people and making sure they are 100% happy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDKim was the absolute best realtor a homebuyer could ask for. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what the process was like, what the terms meant, how offers worked, almost none of it at all. Kim was very patient and explained everything to us (sometimes multiple times if we didnt understand) and was easy to get ahold of, whether over text, phone calls, or in person. The market in Denver and surrounding areas are absolutely chaotic right now, but Kim was patient with all of the houses that we wanted to see and offers we wanted to put out. We had an offer that was accepted and came back with a bad inspection, leading us back to the drawing board, which thankfully led us to another house that we loved significantly more. Kim went above and beyond, talking us up to different sellers and making the personal connection to truly highlight who we were as a couple, apart from just someone submitting an offer (which was a reason the sellers chose us!). I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase property, she was absolutely incredible and we are beyond thankful for having her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe started looking at homes in January 2020 and the market was crazy but Kim always had such a positive attitude and she listened to exactly to what we wanted and we got a brand new house that was only a mile from our old place. When we got to sell this one or if anyone of our friends and family are looking, we give them her info.
