When we moved out of our townhome, I spend several months and a lot of money getting it ready to sell, but after listing it for over a month and not getting even one showing, I realized I could no longer afford to pay the extra $2500 a month it cost to own it in addition to my new home, and I had no idea why it was not selling. I had gotten Kim Frasers monthly mailer many times and she seemed to be the most knowledgable, experienced, and successful Realtor in the area, so I cancelled the listing and hired her instead. Kim was very clear about the issues keeping my home from selling, and within a week her handyman team had fixed and upgraded everything I needed at about half of what it would have cost me to get it done myself. She then staged it with very upscale furniture that made it look the best it had ever looked, hired a top-notch photographer/videographer, and gave me expert advice on how to price it competitively for a quicker sale. Not only that, but she also found a buyer and it closed a month later with not one hassle or hiccup. Everything was taken care of for me, and it was always a pleasure to talk and work with her. My only regret is that I did not contact Kim sooner, which would have saved me over $10,000. She is by far the best real estate broker I have ever met, and I will use her for all my future real estate needs. Thanks, Kim!

Kim(and team) sold our previous home in less than one day after staging/organizing, and taking amazing photo.The buyer was so impressed by the photos of the home they were willing to buy before seeing it. I was there when he arrived from Boston and told his wife over the phone, it is just as great as the pictures showed! I have recently been searching for homes here and out of state with Kim....thats another outstanding thing with Kim that you wont find with many agents, she is in the process of getting licensed in multiple states. Her knowledge of the PNW is unparalleled, you wont be disappointed!!!
