ZillowVERIFIED If 0 stars was an option it would be that. BEWARE! Worst customer service you could imagine. Poor representation; our home was damaged during the inspection by the buyers. Our realtor was not there monitoring. Another instance never collected the deposit check before having us accept an offer that fell through (on the buyers end) then told nothing we could do after being out money for services rendered for the buyer. Despite having signed a legally binding contract. Had buyers show up at our house unannounced sent by Kim and then we were asked to show them around ourselves because she was at another showing. Another day had a day of showings. Getting 2 kids and 3 dogs out of the house and prepped for showing upon leaving the house told that possibly no one would show, that she had been too busy in the day to get back to people but that there was a lot of interest in our house. After the sale never received a thank you, or notice that the sale was complete. The list goes on. Thank god we had a great attorney who was so good to us. Beware of using Kim, she owns the company so if you have issues there is no one to turn to. Our home was under a million so maybe if you have a pricier house to sell she will treat you better. All I can say is BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. After talking with people in town it seems this is not far off course for her. Unfortunately for us there were none of these reviews posted. We are building a new construction, removing an existing house from that property, moving 2 small kids to new schools out of state and selling our well maintained home in Hopkinton and out of all this, the sell and dealing with Kim was the most stressful and worst. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My spouse was pregnant at that time and we were looking to buy a house just before our son was due. (Our son, now 2 years old, grew up in the house we bought with Kim and could not be happier). Since, this would be our first real estate property and since my wife was in the third trimester, we were a bit anxious, impatient, uneducated, and naive with respect to the property buying process. From the very first day Kim charmed us with her calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and at the same time confident and persistent approach. She patiently went over all house buying steps with us and answered all our (often naive) questions. Kim is extremely efficient at replying phone calls and text messages, she ready to help 24/7. We did our very first viewing on the Thanksgiving (!!!) day! (How many businesses do you know that would be willing to work on that day?)Together we viewed about 10 properties in Framingham, Ashland, Marlborough and Hopkinton areas before buying our condo. At no time during the search process we felt any pressure from Kim, yet, at all times we very welcome to discuss with her the pros and cons of each unit. It is through our discussions, that we better understood what exactly we were looking for. When it came to seeing the right place, we knew it was the right one from the first moments we stepped inside.As soon as we let her know we wanted to buy, Kim acted swiftly by making an offer and then by following up with the purchase agreement. During the inspection Kim realized that the live-in basement in our condo was build without town's approval. She has been firm to negotiate with the owners and sellers agent the timely town inspection of the basement and getting necessary approval paperwork. (Luckily, no repairs/adjustments were necessary and the town of Hopkinton approved the basement). The rest of the process went smooth and clean and soon we became proud owners of our first condo. Our son was born one month after the closing date.Our second experience with Kim was this year (2020). I received a job offer, too good to refuse, from Netherlands and our family had to relocate overseas on a rather short notice. Our first intention was to rent off our condo during our absence. Kim persuaded us to try to sell our condo at the price 7% higher then the estimated market value at that time. After some consideration, we decided to give it a try.Kim orchestrated everything perfectly: she examined our condo, brought her own furniture to complement and replace some of our furniture pieces to make our condo look immaculate. Condo pictures we immaculate, and we still keep one brochure for our own memories. The long story short, we had 2 open houses, 2 hours each, period In four hours more than 40 families visited our condo and we received 10 offer. People were not only happy to pay the asking price, they were willing to bid higher. After two rounds of biddings, we entertained the best offer which was ... 20% higher the estimated condo value. As part of the deal, the buyer waived inspection, and agreed to postpone the closing for 1.5 months, all the way until our departure date.It is needless to say that we could not be happier with our real estate agent, we are hoping to work with Kim again when it is time for us to buy another property, and we are recommending Kim, in most enthusiastic terms.Maksim and Olga

We were sold on asking her to help us sell our home when she gave a comprehensive market assessment at our first meeting that showed off her extensive expertise and knowledge of the area. As later events proved, her assessment was right on the mark and her suggestions (though foreign to us who were first-time home sellers) helped greatly to sell our home. Kim was very responsive throughout the process; she was quick to reply and clear to communicate if she had to be out of touch. Our home needed some work before being ready to sell, and she gave excellent tips on what/where to paint or fix. We ended up using a mix of her recommended contractors and some we found on our own. The contractor she recommended did not deliver the work on time (due to personal reasons), but she was quick to give him a push to get the job on time by when it was needed. What's more, she handled all the necessary activities on her own as we left town (and moved out of the country) before the first open house. All told, our house received multiple offers above the listing price after the first open house and we signed a P&S within a few days. The first buyer fell through (on their end) but Kim quickly got us in touch with backup buyers who were still interested and we ended up selling the house at the same price point with quick closing (less than two months). She found contractors to do the work in a timely manner. We had two offers the first weekend our house went on the market and were able to get over asking price.
