ZillowVERIFIED Overhyped, not punctual and not a reliable agent. We had a really bad experience with her and her associates. Details: - She didnt share any feedback from potential buyers; - She didnt show up at open houses. Instead, she sent her associates who had zero information about our property and provided visitors with inaccurate information. - Our listing go-live date was delayed by 2 weeks without any particular reason. - She forgot to schedule cleaning (3 times in a row!) even though deep cleaning was aEURoeincludedaEUR?. Eventually we organized cleaning by ourselves in order to speed up the process - Her associates were constantly 10-15 minutes late to open houses and potential buyers were often waiting outside - She put WRONG price on MLS (Even though we signed the agreement with the correct price) and after we pointed it out, her comment was aEURoeits ok, lets keep it like thisaEUR?! - She was not responsive. It was hard to contact her OR get any updates. - She never admitted anything and her attitude was a HUGE red flag since day 1. Eventually we stopped working with Kim Deol and moved forward with another agent who sold our property within 1 week. If you plan to buy/sell your house - avoid Kim Deol and find someone more professional.

Once we got in touch with her for buying a property she guided us through the whole process and helped us gain much needed confidence that buying a home is not as hard as it looks. She gave us contacts to get pre-approved so we can decide our budget. Next, she critiqued the houses that we liked very thoroughly for us (me and my wife) so we can make an informed decision. Later when we settled on a house, she helped us negotiate the price in a highly volatile market. Even after we moved to our house, she was there to help us navigate through the change. Within the first month we started finding some previously uncaught non-trivial issues with plumbing of the house. We got quite worried when we noticed those issues but Kim made sure we as home buyers and her clients dont have to pay for those plumbing issues by ourselves. She is one incredible home agent to work with. She has passion for her work, she cares for her clients and she has years of experience and expertise in this market. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends!

We worked with a different realtor to upgrade to a bigger home for more than seven months, but no luck. We were very frustrated, then one day I heard Kim on the Radio and called her. She was on top of things even when we weren't sometimes and if you want to go with a realtor who is looking out for your interests even in your absence then go with Kim. She has deep knowledge about details in the house which one would not pay attention to very easily and would guide you beyond the appearances on things that would hold value and the ones which won't. Lastly, Kim is a hard negotiator, no matter the value of the house, she would care about every dollar going out of your pocket not in a penny wise and pound foolish kind of way but recognizes the value of hard earned money that we put in the bay area real estate.
