Kim is the best out there! She is incredibly dedicated to her clients. She helped us set up a search for houses, was available on short notice to view the houses, and most importantly she gave us her honest opinion on what a house was worth. When we did put an offer on a house she walked us through the process and set up appointments for the inspectors and necessary checklist items. She is hands-on and has a wealth of local knowledge, as a local herself. Her hospitality extends beyond the housing process, and she will happily recommend restaurants and other local ventures to visit. I cannot recommend Kim enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
