When we did find our dream home, Kim was absolutely phenomenal during negotiations. Naperville is a tough, aggressive market. Hands down our offer would not have been accepted had it not been for Kim constantly in contact with the sellers agent to find out where we stood. Based on feedback she received during the offer process, my fiancA(C) & I chose to revise our offer two times to better position ourselves. These two revisions combined with Kim re-iterating our love of the home is what led to the sellers selecting our offer. Even after the purchase of the home, Kim has continued to check in to see if we have questions or need recommendations. We will absolutely recommend Kim and her team to anyone and everyone! Kim was tremendously helpful despite the fact that we were coming from a long distance. She listened and asked really good questions to determine exactly what we were looking for. She followed up and followed through on every detail and question we had. We ultimately decided we wanted to build our home. Thanks to Kims connections and network, we were able to buy a lot through a private sale, in the neighborhood we really wanted, and are now working on the plans to build our dream house. We also needed help with finding a rental to stay in the interim, and again, thanks to Kim and her team, we were able to find the perfect rental for our needs. Kims strong networks got us the ticket to the showings at a very early stage. She was familiar with the local builders and the listing agents, sometimes the sellers, since her coverage was quite focused on the area. During the negotiation process, she showed great efficiency on collecting information on both sides, thus we could adjust our offering terms accordingly. She understood the nuts and bolts of the purchase agreement and could give solid suggestions on the terms. She provided great amount of information and reference for the house inspections, moving, and remodeling etc, which guaranteed a smooth closing and moving. We had a strong feeling about Kims determination to serve her clients, yet not to force them to close the deal. She proved what a top-tier realtor should be.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough positive things about Kim Dalaskey and Monarque Group. You will not find a better realtor in town. Period. Please take my word for it. Kim and one of her associates, Kristin Meadows, arrived at our initial consultation more fully prepared than I could have imagined. They came on time and were extremely professional. They had a full listing of comps and had a very informative powerpoint presentation that was backed by so much helpful information. They had analyzed all the data and made it easy to visualize. They had already done research on the home and written a full description of the home without even being inside of it that was perfect. We had interviewed and met with several other realtors in town and it was easily apparent who we were going to go with. Throughout the process, Kim kept us extremely informed at all times. I will say her communication is the best, whether it was quick updates via text, or more lengthy detailed emails. This was the biggest issue for me in choosing a realtor and a clear strength of hers. She was always very quick to reply, even during the evening hours or weekends. She informed us of the pros/cons of listing on the Private Network vs MLS (as well as Zillow Coming Soon) and gave us very sound advice especially given the unusual home selling/buying time during COVID. She was extremely accommodating regarding who to use for photography and videography/drone tour and was very engaged regarding which pictures to use and in what order. She also went out of her way to contact other realtors to get permission to use content we had previously used on the home. The informational materials they prepared for the home (brochures, pamphlets, etc) were high quality and modern/sleek. Their online presence and social media presence was top notch as well. It was very apparent Kim was very familiar with the other local realtors. She was also on top of leveraging realtors from the city and potential buyers from outside Naperville. We have worked with several other top notch realtors in Naperville especially ones that specialize in downtown Naperville and Kim Dalaskey/Monarque Group are head and shoulders above the rest. While Karen Marposan founded the group and maybe has the name recognition, do not hesitate to go with Kim and her team. I promise you they have not lost a step. As someone (or anyone else) who is trusting their largest investment with an individual, I never had any doubts about the entire process from start to finish. She made a high stress situation very manageable. Plus, she is HONEST and truly looking out for your best interests. If you're seriously looking to buy or sell a home, give Kim and Monarque a chance.
