She connected me with an amazing lender, educated me in the home buying process, and was patient with me as I asked numerous questions and needed clarity on various things. Even with her being out of town during my closing, she was constantly negotiating with the listing agent and making sure that all was solidified prior to close. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an all around great person to deal with. She answered any and every question we had, even when we asked the same ones over and over lol. She made it a point to give thorough explanations and detailed information. She was very reliable and was always there when we needed her. In fact, she is still going to bat for us regarding an issue with our builder, and we closed on our house a month and a half ago. We would not have wanted anyone else to handle our buying experience. ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I were looking for a home we didn't know what to expect since it was out first time. We had been coached from family and friends but to each their own right? Our first realtor made us feel uncomfortable and made us feel that we were bothersome and that they didn't want us as clients or maybe they didn't like their job. We stopped looking. We knew a friend of the family that was a New Construction Realtor who recommended Kim. I will say this we were lucky to only deal with one realtor who wasn't good before we got the BEST!! Right away she made us feel she knew what she was doing and that she cared. She checked in with us weekly and made us feel like she actually wanted to do that. So we found a house and we pursued it and the whole time she was taking care of us making sure there was nothing we didn't understand or need clarity on as well making sure the builders were doing their part and let me tell you this experience was one for the books, I mean everything that could have gone wrong went wrong but she was there to make sure things progressed as well helped my wife and I feel comfort that some one had our back during the rough times. She is the BEST realtor and I would only recommend her. Good luck finding her qualities and knowledge somewhere else save your self the time and contact her now!

Before I met her, I was getting very overwhelmed, as I was looking for my very first home as a single lady and had NO idea where to even start. Kim stepped in and took care of everything! I felt she was very honest about the properties that we went to, not wanting sell me just anything. She was very receptive to my many questions, and put up with me bringing what felt like my whole family along. Never felt pressured to buy anything, no matter how many houses I wanted to see (and we saw a lot!). Even 3 years after purchasing my home I can call her for advice, and she still goes above and beyond. I won't go with anyone else in the future for purchasing/selling, period.
