Kim Croft

Kim is well versed in all aspects of real estate and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients. She believes her clients deserve the absolute best and she strives to provide the personalized service they have come to expect from her on each and every transaction. Kim's clients include first time home buyers, people looking for lots, homes, and income properties. She also works with commercial properties and genuinely loves every aspect of the real estate business. Her favorite part is taking care of her clients and supporting them every step of the way through the buying or selling process. She enjoys continuing those relationships long past the initial sale and finds that her clients tend to relist with her and refer their friends and family. Having deep knowledge of the area, she specializes in all communities throughout San Luis Obispo County.

In addition to providing exceptional client service, Kim also likes stay on top of the latest real estate trends and technology. Kim has obtained the ePro designation, which signifies that she has received training in the use of technology to effectively market real estate. Additionally, she has demonstrated the knowledge and expertise needed to counsel clients age 50 and up through major real estate transactions as signified by the SRES designation.

Kim is compassionate, kind, humble, and an all around nice person who loves living a full life. Her son is a graduate of Humboldt State University and her parents live in the area for half of the year, traveling to their farm in New York the other half. She fosters her lifelong love for animals and the outdoors by driving her team of Clydesdales, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking and biking.

An active member of the community, Kim has served on the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Women in Business Committee. She is a past chair for the Women in Business Committee and has served as the State Director and President for the Atascadero Board of Realtors. With the close of each escrow she gives back to the community through donations to local charities.
