We ran into some roadblocks during our process of buying a home, but Kim was thoughtful and confident in her abilities to fight for this house that we wanted so bad! And it worked! We weren't familiar with the area at all, so we weren't sure which area we were interested in yet. Kim showed us so many houses before we finally figured out what we wanted, then even more when we decided on a new price range - she was incredibly patient with us during the entire process! She explained every step of the process well and got us a great price on our first home. Fast forward to Fall of 2021 - we sat down with her to discuss the possibility of selling that house, and by the end of the meeting we'd agreed on a list price well over what we'd ever dreamed of. Within five days of this meeting, photos were taken, the house was listed, and we accepted a full-price offer. Kim is the BEST - could not recommend her more!
