ZillowVERIFIEDKim Colby and Tom Citta helped me both sell my previous home and buy my new one, and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free for my wife and I. They gave great advice on pricing and were always available to answer questions. On the buying side, we were able to find exactly what we wanted, and they assisted us through the entire process, answering all of our questions along the way. Were so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim and her crew did a fantastic job selling our house. Lots of showings and one open house and it went. Thankful to her that we can now get to retirement because of Kim Colby Homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim has been on the ball and quick to see that my needs are done. I have not always been the ideal buyer/seller and that has not stopped her from doing everything I needed to accomplish the most ideal move and sale. You're amazing Kim and definitely the best realtor I could have had.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is beyond helpful. She listed my house and it got an accepted offer less than a week after it was listed. She kept me in the loop the entire week and told me exactly what to do. I'd recommend her to anyone! She goes above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim Colby worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. I am incredibly picky on specific details. Over the course of 7 months, Kim showed us every single home we wanted to see. She was patient and supportive. Never once did she seem irritated nor try to "talk us into" something we really didn't want. I would highly recommend Kim Colby to anyone looking for a home. We also have chosen Kim to list our current home once we move into the home we just purchased.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very happy with Kims work on my behalf in selling my house and buying a condo. It was a very stressful time for me but Kim really helped ease my stress by dealing w/a lot of the day to day details of acquiring info for the loan officer and making sure I was getting what I needed to get done in a timely manner. She communicated with me in a timely manner and always kept me updated on what was going on. I really appreciated all her help. She made the whole process much less stressful.
