We were buying our condo while on a vacation on the Greek Islands. With a 10 hour time difference, as an additional obstacle, Kim made the process very easy for us, going through the negotiations, signing the documents, and taking it through the closing. Her expert knowledge of the local neighborhood and the current market situation, was a great help in making the decisions that had to be made quickly. Her follow-through after the sale was also great, especially being that we were not from California. She helped with many of the post sale issues when many other agents might have walked away. Having bought and sold many houses over our lifetime, I would rate her at the top.

What can I say about Kim? She is the most amazing broker. I originally contacted her to help me purchase my first home back in 2015. She was amazing she understood immediately waht I was looking for. id not make me loose my time, she took me to beautiful homes until we found the one!!. The she was the best negotiator and we were able to close. She welcomed me with a beautiful basket, always kept in touch through the years, so when I was ready to sell it, the logical choice was Kim. Even though 8 years had passed she answered me immediately, and understood the dilemma I was in with fixing the house to get it ready to sell.
