She told us to get an inspection, which we are so glad we did. It helped us in what we needed to do to sell our home. She suggested that we paint the outside and inside which we did. Kim put our home on the market on a Thursday and she says we would have an open house that weekend. Well, guess what we didn't need an open house. It was sold the same day she put it on the market. During our initial meeting, Kim came prepared with a detailed market analysis to help us understand a selling market which was completely different from the market we bought the house in. I knew it going in she was likely to be the agent we picked, but decided to interview several just to make sure. We were right, and all of the other recommendations were spot on. Prepping the house to go on the market, Kim had quality contacts for getting new carpet installed, and interior paint done on short notice and at reasonable prices. When the home actually went on the market, we had several offers within hours, and with terms that were very favorable to us. We even got to close on the sale a week earlier than expected. Often, I would email her an address to a house I was interested in and she had an appointment to show it to me later that day. She was incredibly patient as I was having trouble finding the house I wanted. When I found the perfect house, Kim wrote up my offer at 9pm the evening before a holiday, and called with the good news that our offer was accepted on a holiday!
