ZillowVERIFIED I sold my home in Fort Mill, SC with Kim as my agent. Although Kim advised me previous contingencies were a nightmare, she convinced me to take this one. The buyers were from New York. The agreement started in August 2017. After I granted the second extension with promises from Kim "this" time we would close, I asked for the phone number of the attorney in NY. She denied my request. After the third extension, I now invited outside help for advise. Searching for help on whether to break this contract allowing the property to go back on the market or continue with the horror of extensions. I was able to finally speak with the NY attorney that confirmed to me that from day 1 this deal was a 90 day deal. The closing would have never been any sooner. I was misled through this entire process. By this time Kim stopped answering my calls and texts. I felt extremely helpless & unsupported and would not recommend her. I finally closed over 3 months later! November 15, 2015 - ***UPDATE*** I am glad to be sent warm wishes because Thanksgiving 2017 began with a text to me from Kim Bigach telling me I would be hearing from her attorney regarding the review I published on my experience.

Kim and her team took care of placing our house on several real estate websites and positioning it price-wise to sell. We had a contract on our house in five days. We found some issues upon our home being inspected that needed to be addressed in order to close on the house.
