Kim Beers is a second-generation Realtor, born in Thousand Oaks, California. Growing up, she lived in California, Arizona, and New Mexico, making moving a regular part of her life and sparking her passion for helping others navigate the process of finding home. Kim obtained her real estate license in 2014 and has built a successful career, earning numerous awards for her dedication and results. In 2024, she proudly joined La Rosa Realty. During the pandemic, Kim fulfilled a lifelong dream by purchasing and remodeling a beautiful home in the charming community of Celebration, Florida. This move brought her closer to Disney and the beaches, blending her love of magic and relaxation into her everyday life. Kim is a family-focused Realtor who has been married to her husband since 2018. Together, they share a love for animals and have four rescue dogs. It took me a while to find the right place but Kim never got impatient with me. And we finally found it. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Unfailingly cheerful, quick to respond. She even went to view a property when I couldn't and sent me video showing the property in great detail.

My husband met Kim at an open house and was so impressed with her that he kept her business card for several years. We finally called Kim and never regretted it. She sold two houses for us very professionally. She identified where our houses needed some work to attract the best offers and then was able to give us references to local contractors who did the work for us competently and at a good price. Kim watched the sales process closely and never let a deadline pass unnoticed. She was attentive to our concerns and always returned calls promptly.
