Kim B. King

Born in the Keys and raised in South Florida, I am a Florida native who has called Jacksonville my home since 2006. After relocating to this wonderful city, I decided to pursue real estate initially working for Lifestyles Realtors and then Coldwell Banker. In 2014 I became a member of a top producing Real Estate team at Remax Specialists. In 2018 I decided to branch out and pursue real estate on my own and happily ended up at Remax Connects as an independent agent. I am able to give that personalized service and the one on one experience for both the buyer and seller. During my career I have taken on numerous roles in real estate including investing in rehabs, title work, managing real estate offices and finally found my passion working with buyers to help find their dream home and working with sellers to list and market their homes for best exposure and ultimately obtain top dollar. Occasionally I squeeze in some "me" time spending it with my husband Brian of 20 yrs and our two daughters Mackenzie and Piper, whether it be a day of boating, beaching with my dogs, or taking a drive to UF to visit my daughter for a last minute lunch date. I am also the ultimate animal advocate, fostering and rescuing dogs in need giving them a temporary place until they find their forever home. I give 110% in everything I do.
