He provided valuable insights in to local trends and helping me understand the true value of my property. His keen eye for detail and thorough market analysis was incredibly helpful. What truly set him apart though was his exceptional communication skills. Always able to answer my questions, provide updates, and offer guidance - the prompt responsiveness (even 5:30am email updates on certain issues) made my family feel like a top priority. We were first-time homebuyers who were nervous and very aware of how the market can take advantage of those in our position. We were sent down an angel from heaven in Kieran Rodgers. He was not only the best real estate agent, but was so knowledgable about mortgage brokers, plumbers, inspectors, you name it. He is knowledgable, respectful, and kind. He was extremely responsive and respectful of any boundaries we set (wanting to use our own inspector, etc). He really took care of us, and made sure we weren't being taken advantage of. We are now in our first home, and it's thanks to the many miracles Kieran performed to make this happen. He will jump through any hoop to help others - especially his clients. He is a great realtor, and even better person. Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Kieran! :)
