Kichka Pascaru

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Talk to a lender, talk to your financial advisor and make sure you are comfortable with the numbers.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Trust your agent, we want you to net the most!

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Investors, first time home buyers, second home buyers, sellers.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

As a real estate agent I work hard and smart, because only hard is not enough and only smart is not enough. Sometimes it looks like there is no way we can get an offer accepted or transaction closed, but it is important to not give up, find solutions and solve problems. I don't assume, I don't give up easily. These are things that leaded to success for my clients.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I always wanted my own business and I love real estate. There is something very special about Home.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Responsive, knowledgeable and a wonderful person to deal with! We met Katy when we scheduled a showing through Zillow for a property we were interested in. We were impressed with her responsiveness and knowledge from day one. From representing us in our offer and throughout the entire process to closing, Katy was on top of things and helped move everything along smoothly. We could not have picked a better agent to represent us. Highly recommend her!

A pleasure to work with ! Kichka was delightful and professional. As first time home buyers, we felt informed and confident every step of the way. Kichka went above and beyond, doing some extra research about the property, hounding people when other parties weren't responsive, etc. She even held our baby and kept her entertained while we were busy signing things at closing!

Attentive, Responsive and Diligent . I had the pleasure of working with Kichka in the purchase of a property in Middletown, NY. I was largely out of town and the seller's agents and attorneys weren't so easy to coordinate with. Still, Kichka went above and beyond to keep me apprised of every step in the process and ensured we were on track to close. She answered all of my questions and made sure the attorneys and other stakeholders were aware of what was important to me in the process. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

We worked with Kichka for both buying and selling properties and she made the process so much less stressful. Whether it was finding better ways to be competitive with making offers to buy a home or going through offers with selling our home she guided us in a respectful stress free way. We have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

It was a wonderful experience working with Kichka and I cannot recommend her enough. She assisted me with selling a residential property while I was located out of state. She went above and beyond in her efforts to sell the property, and I relied on her even more since I could not be on-site. The sale was not an easy process, but Kichka remained committed, patient, and focused all the way through. I could not have sold the property without her.

As of small business it was not easy to find the good location to expend out practice. Kichka (Kathy) did her magic. After 3 days she was able to find us what we were looking for last few month. She is amazing, really took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with us. No one has ever been more selfless in her efforts to please and truly put her clients interests first. I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to everyone, you wont be disappointed because she is professional and very kind. Fayz Aesthetics LLC

Kichka helped us close on a large real estate purchase. We highly recommend her for any real estate needs. She was moving the process herself with frequent calls to the Mortgage lender, the Sellers attorney, our own attorney and other tasks like scheduling house inspection, house appraisal, checking muni records etc. She always answered her phone or returned our calls promptly. We would not have been able to close without her. She became a trusted advisor and a friend. She was always professional, thorough and very patient with our many questions.
