Met Kibby after a poor experience with another agent. She was always very responsive and worked in a timely manner. Took roughly 4 months to find the property that best fit me but she was ready to jump whenever a new property came on the market. I don't know what legal restrictions realitors have when it comes to advice on negotiating but it could have been better dealing with a stubborn seller. Overall great experience and will be recommending given the opportunity.

Kibby did an amazing job for us throughout this whole process. She knows the area and the trends in the market and was extremely helpful the whole time. Her professionalism while maintaining her upbeat personality was second to none. We always felt we were an important piece to the whole transaction. She was always willing to help in any way to make the move easier on us, even if it meant checking the pipes during the sub-freezing temperatures to setting the trash cart by the curb on trash day. She handled the Open Houses as though it were her own house and would add stories and dialogue about the history of the house and improvements and the neighborhood. Not only did we have a tremendous realtor but also gained a wonderful friend.
