We were recommend by a friend that had used her to buy a new house and sell their house where they had to buy before selling and we were in the same situation. Prior to meeting Kiara, we had done our legwork on finding which city we wanted to be in even down to neighborhoods we wanted to live in. We knew being this specific would make the job harder on Kiara to help us find our perfect home but that did not phase her. When a house came up for sale in our top choice neighborhood she got us scheduled to see the house the very first day it went on the market. She did awesome job fighting for us through the offer process and got us our forever home. After getting the process going on the new house purchase she quickly got our house up on the market and was able to get it sold very quickly. She was always available and answered our questions through both processes. We always felt that we could go to her and she was going to help us in any way that she could. I almost didn't look at the one I got, but I did because she called me on a Sunday morning and told me I had to see it, that day. I loved it and put an offer in the same day, but so did 7 other people. I don't know how she did it, but she got me that house! It is going to improve my life significantly. She also cares about you as a person, supporting me in many ways through the entire process. I've moved a lot (bought/sold 4 prior houses), and I loved her - I wouldn't consider going with anyone else. She is one of those rare people who really make a difference in your life.

"I don't think you're feeling this house." She was intuitive and read between the lines. She had resources for everything and was willing to do what it took to get our family from point A to point B, and I didn't make it an easy process. I can't tell you how many times she said, "How can I help?" Selling our home involved a lot of negotiating due to unforeseen issues. I know it must've been ugly, but we didn't see any of that. I have also learned throughout this process that Kiara is respected by other agents- which speaks volumes. Finding our new home involved seeing MANY, MANY homes. Kiara was always ready to get us into a house, even on short notice sometimes. When I thought something couldn't be done, she figured out how to make it happen.
