ZillowVERIFIED Need to sell your property? Well look no further! Kiana and her team made the whole process of selling my house in Roseville smooth and easy, plug and play. I just signed the contract and moved out...of California! They were professional in problem solving and quick to answer questions during every step of the process, from timetable to cleanup, owner disclosures to escrow. Note: Kiana and her team facilitated all of this while I was already a resident in Texas! With Kiana's recommendation for staging my house, I was able to sell for more than $125k above ask, and close in about 21 days, even with an offer that got cold feet and dropped out. Were there a few bumps on the road to CloseLand? Sure! Did Kiana and her team fix it in real time? Absolutely! For example, after making 9 trips to the landfill, it was clear I couldn't empty out my property before the cleaning and staging step. What did Kiana do? Why, she had a dump team at the ready to solve the problem and dumped about 6 truck loads of stuff I could not bring with me to Texas, and was able to donate much of the belongings since they were of durable quality, so other folks in the community could make good use of those items. ZillowVERIFIED I was working with Olani Properties for over 1 year trying to find the perfect home for my family. We submitted offers on multiple properties and got accepted multiple times. However due to inspections and one home having extensive damage that I was not willing to take on, we ended up not going through with them. We then put a few offers in on several more homes that were a little higher in price and were beaten out time after time. When I wanted to give up, Kiana kept my confidence going and we ended up finding a perfect home in Loomis 1 year later. Our offer was accepted and we were 15 days away from moving in, and then BOOM! The unexpected happened, and the sellers pulled out of the sale. We were devastated to say the least. We were positive our search was over and we would just stay put because we were done with the constant stress of trying to find a home. Kiana demanded that I should not give up and I then brought a home to Kiana's attention that was in the exact area I wanted, the exact school district we wanted and the perfect lot I've always wanted. She went straight to work and put our together that day. Our offer was soon accepted a couple days later!! As we moved through the process smoothly, we ended up having a closing date that would fall on my birthday! How awesome would that be!? Then we had obstacles that would now push the closing date out more and more. Little did I know Kiana went to work behind the scenes and was able to close the deal right on my birthday as planned. We ended up not only finding our dream home, but also received the best birthday gift ever.
