ZillowVERIFIED Put our minds at ease during the whole process. In general, not as aggressive as some of the other realtors in the area, but we had our outcome in the end. Sent us information and was very easy to access whenever we needed her.

ZillowVERIFIED Khristi did an outstanding job helping my wife and I get our property ready to list, and then listing it and selling it (went under contract in 5 days)! In hindsight, this was not a surprise, as Khristi is very knowledgeable in her craft, and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was always engaged throughout the process, and most important - she always had a positive, we're-going-to-sell-this-house attitude. She was instrumental in making very good recommendations to my wife and I on things we needed to address and how to go about addressing them to get the house ready to list. She did an expert job of staging the property before listing it. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! We would recommend her for all real estate needs to anyone.

It makes sense why she was the 2018 Realtor of the year for Greenville, NC. We loved her and if we ever buy or sell another house, she will be the first person we call!

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Khristi when I was a senior in high school and she was helping my parents find us a new home. Before her our experience was horrible all the agents treated us so badly and were rude. Then they found Khristi and it was like a miracle. She was so nice and helpful and kind, I knew that if she was still working around us when I was ready to buy a home I would go to her. Well sure enough at the beginning of this year I contacted her about helping me and she was the best agent I could have ever hoped for. She was an answer to my prayers when things got rough with the sale and when I had issues in my personal life. I recommend to any and every one. She is the perfect agent, who was meant for this business. There should definitely be more like her! I have walked away with a beautiful home and a new friend. I couldn't have done any of it without her!!

ZillowVERIFIED My mom's house was on the market for 2 years prior to giving the listing to Khristi Thomas. She came in and made suggestions for things to update and even things to leave alone. She was right on target with her suggestions and the house sold for more than asking price in just a few short months. Thanks again Khristi for all you expertise in selling my mom's house.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Khristi Thomas! We lived overseas and came to Greenville to find a house. We only had four days to find a house before we returned to Japan. Not knowing the area, we gave Khristi our criteria and she was able to put together a list of houses for us and tirelessly showed us those houses. We were able to find a home and put an offer on it before we left. Khristi continued working for us through the whole process until we were able to come back and move in. Because of Khristi's expertise, we were able to find our dream home! We're so happy we were able to find her and so should you!

ZillowVERIFIED Khristi was very helpful during the search and purchase of our new home. She helped us find the perfect home using very little information from us. We were not sure what we wanted in a new home other than a few features. Within a month of starting the search our offer was accepted on our new home. I have heard many horror stories related to the home buying process and I was worried something would go wrong. With Khristi's help the process was a dream come true for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Khristi to find & buy our home. We were on strict work schedules through the week & out of town most weekends, but Khristi was very helpful to set up showings during our lunch break or right after work. We would easily go to 3-4 house in an afternoon. She was always ready with info about the houses; as well as her recommendation as far as price, features, location and our specific needs. She was just as excited as we were when we found a home that was perfect for us. She was knowledgable of the community & gave us her recommendation on an offer based on her knowledge of the seller. I definitely recommend Khristi to anyone looking at purchasing a home in the Greenville/Eastern NC area!

ZillowVERIFIED Khristi really knows what she is doing. She was very helpful with both selling my old house and buying the new one. Her hard work really makes the difference when your on a tight schedule like I was. She was very good for following up with me when I had questions and went above and beyond than most realtors have for me in the past. Not only does Khristi get the job done efficiently, she is also super nice, professional, and caring. I felt comfortable selling my house because I knew she was looking out for my best interest. I still cant believe i was able to sell and close on a new house so fast. I know that none of that would have been possible without Khristi. I highly recommend her for any of your home purchases or sales.
