Ms. Johnson was very knowledgeable. She provided information on comparable homes to enable us to make a decision on the fair market value. She was very responsive. She contacted us whenever she or the buyers agent had a question. We spoke constantly until the sale was finalized. She encouraged us to make decisions whenever the sellers had a request. We offered a house for sale, and were able to sell some adjacent lots per the buyers request. Tanya allowed us to decide if we wanted to sell. She reminded us that everything was our decision to make. Our buyers requested consideration on an occupancy agreement prior to purchase. Tanya allowed us to decide even when we asked her opinion. This experience was the best out of the six realtor experiences weve had. Tanya invested the time to make us feel like we were important to her. I would definitely recommend Tanya for real estate needs. I plan to utilize her services in the future for investment properties.
