ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning, Khris was incredibly communicative and gave us realistic and manageable expectations. There was never any BS or telling us what we wanted to hear. She was honest, trustworthy, and real with us throughout the entire process, which meant a lot when we were making some pretty big decisions. The moment that really showed us how capable she is came when our first contract fell through after the inspection. Before I had time to panic about being back at square one, she had reached out to another family who had previously made an offer. They submitted an updated offer that same day. That doesn't happen by accident. She was thinking ahead and working behind the scenes even when we didn't realize it. Khris is tech and marketing savvy and genuinely used every tool available to get our house in front of buyers. Nothing about her approach felt outdated or passive. We never felt like she had simply put our house on the MLS and was waiting to see what happened. There was a clear strategy behind how our home was marketed, and we could see that she was actively working to get it sold. On top of all of that, she's funny, easy to work with, and just extremely capable. Selling our house was stressful, and having someone we completely trusted handling it made a huge difference. I always felt like we knew what was happening, what to expect next, and that she had things handled. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would absolutely choose her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Khris is absolutely fantastic! She helped us as first time home buyers 9 years ago. When our family out grew the house there was only one person we wanted to work with on the next purchase the second time. She knows all the right questions to ask, Knows how to shave some money off the cost of the home and also looks at the bigger picture, not just the home but the community around it and the pros and cons it would have on the family. I've and will continue to always recommend her! The best in the game!

ZillowVERIFIED Khris is an exceptional realtor, but more importantly she is a genuine person. This is our second purchase with her within the past 2 years! Our first purchase was done completely remote, from abroad, however Khris made sure to keep us well informed throughout the process. We had such a pleasant experience that we recently purchased my mother's home with her as well. Whether you're home is $100K or $1M, Khris treats you like a VIP and family. I can't say enough about how amazing she is, however I will say that we WILL be purchasing several more properties (God-willing) with Khris in the very near future. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of this process. Highly Recommended!

Khris local knowledge was unmatched as she truly understood the market, neighborhoods, pricing trends, and what would best fit our needs. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated incredible expertise, keeping everything organized, transparent, and stress-free. What stood out most was her responsiveness. Khris negotiation advice was also invaluable and gave us complete confidence in every decision we made. Thanks to her professionalism, guidance, and dedication, we achieved an outcome we are extremely happy with. ZillowVERIFIED We met Khris on a recommendation from a friend and could not have been more thrilled with the work she did with us in the process of finding our first home. She was knowledgeable, open, and effective in all parts of the process - touring homes, negotiating the purchase, assisting us through closing and beyond. Communication was frequent and clear. She was always available to talk through our thoughts or concerns. Every single one of her recommendations for other people in the process (lender, service vendors) has been absolutely terrific. As first time homebuyers we could not have asked for a more straightforward and simple homebuying process and this is 100% due to Khris and her guidance along the way. Now that we have closed, she continues to provide support and advice as we start to take care of our new home. We are so happy we chose Khris as our agent, will use her for any future needs, and could not recommend her more strongly to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Khris was a wonderful experience. We were not very familiar with the area and she was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each location. We asked for her advice on various vendors and mortgage companies. We were very pleased with every referral she made. Khris answered phone calls and texts in a timely manner and was very patient in answering our questions and explaining processes. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Khris as my realtor! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Khris is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the ins and outs of real estate, but she also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She was always available to answer questions, provide valuable insights, and guide me through each step with patience and care. Her attention to detail and dedication were apparent at every turn. Khris advocated for me and ensured that I was getting the best possible outcome, whether it was during negotiations or coordinating the final details. Khris is always on top of everything and even with the two hurricanes during the buying period, we were able to move things along and not needing to push the closing date! I truly felt like I had someone in my corner looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend Khris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a true professional and a genuinely kind person who cares about her clients. Thanks to her, I found my dream home, and I couldn?t be happier! ?? I love working with Khris and I genuinely love Khris as a person! Khris is the best from search to sold!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Khris in 2018 to buy my first condo, so when my fiance and I were ready to look at homes, I knew I wanted to connect with Khris again, and we couldnt be happier! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the Tampa housing market and overall real estate fundamentals, she took the time to learn what we wanted and provided valuable input throughout the home touring and buying process. Khris also wasnt afraid to talk about the harder parts of homeownership such as unexpected and pricey repairs/expenses, keeping our expectations aligned with reality, rather than just selling us a dream, which we very much appreciated. Not that we will be leaving our dream home anytime soon, but when the day comes, we will definitely be working with Khris again!

ZillowVERIFIED Khris is simply put AMAZING! In our situation we are not from nor near our new home in Florida which is intimidating being so far away you rely on word of mouth and the overall vibe you get without being there. Khris went above and beyond in negotiations, videos, emails, text messages, phone calls not only to me but to the plumber, roofer, AC service tech, even the HOA approval needed for the new roof I mean she has done absolutely everything! We looked at so many homes that she not only took videos of but gave us overall community information, neighborhood feel, and what the good and bad was in every location spanning multiple towns and neighborhoods. I gave her the budget, and our desirable bang for the buck we were looking for and she has come through big time, not to mention under budget! Its been a blast to work with Khris and I hope she gets to read this one day. You need Khris Marcotrigiano if your from out of town or in town!

ZillowVERIFIED Khris is super responsive and was the perfect agent for us living out of state throughout the entire experience. She would do site visits and take videos of the places, inside and out to get a great feel for the neighborhood, exterior, layout, etc. She had to be our eyes since we were not physically able to jump on a plane and see every place we thought we wanted to tour. When we finally settled on a place, when I actually flew down to see it there were no surprises whatsoever, and it was really because of her fabulous videos. I would absolutely recommend Khris!!
