In a word -- WOW! Do yourself a favor and work with this team!! Khalil, Sadia and team were absolutely incredible. They helped my husband and I sell my MIL's home while we were living outside the NOVA area. He was incredibly attentive to detail, responsive, communicative and an all around professional. We only met him once while were cleaning out the house and the rest we were able to handle remotely which was awesome. He saved us a ton of time and money - his crew helped us remove the remaining junk from our house, paint and re-carpet in record time, and added additional finishes to make the house look great for the photos. We received and accepted an offer at a price we were thrilled with within days. The process after accepting continued to be seamless. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you, thank you!!
