Khalid was the buyers agent for a house we recently purchased. When we first met he told us we should find the house we wanted and he would get it for us. We only looked at five houses until we found the one. He got our offer accepted two days after the house went on the market. That was due to his top notch negotiating skills. When issues came up prior to closing he worked with all parties involved to ensure that the sale would go through - again with his relentless negotiating skills. He is a busy guy but will always be there for you. His team member Abdul is incredibly helpful as well. We highly recommend them.

Khalid recently helped us purchase a home. Throughout the process Khalid was outstanding. He listened to what we were looking for and after just a brief initial meeting he sent over a set of listings that were great. In fact, the house we ended up purchasing was included in that very first list. We were new to the area and appreciated his clear perspectives and recommendations about comps for different listings and the strategies that he thought we should pursue. He struck a great balance between providing us direction / guidance and listening to what we wanted.
