ZillowVERIFIED KEVIN EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS!!! When listing our house we listened to Kevin's SOUND ADVICE and in 5 days had TREMENDOUS SHOWINGS AND A SIGNED CONTRACT! HE MAKES IT HAPPEN. He did so much more than list our house, it was because of Kevin we sold our house. He worked the deals when things were going off course, he got us out of a sticky situation by taking charge and he is the man that worked late nights to make sure we were completely satisfied. ZillowVERIFIED We first learned of Kevin of Fusion Realty after he sold our neighbors house for almost asking price, which all is neighbors thought would be impossible. But not only did he do it, he did it fast. We weren't planning on moving for another year, but upon seeing Kevin pull off that miracle, we knew he was our guy, so we decided to sell right then, and he didn't let us down. He knew exactly how much (and how little) to do to get us sold fast at a great price. He guided us through the whole process. From the particulars of the house repairs and changes needed made to knowing the customer base, Kevin had it all covered. We accepted an offer in 3 weeks and closed just under asking! Kevin was accessible anytime we needed (within reason understanding of course he's a busy man). We would go through Kevin again for sure if we hadn't moved outside his area.

These two aim at making a client-for-life out of you and once you're on board, you have access to a knowledge bank and network tree that doesn't end with buying/selling properties. few more details and some notes from my experience:Kevin steered my fiance and I away from a few potentially easy sales because, although it would've meant a quicker closing for him, the purchase didn't make sense for us and he was happy to explain why. He knows people move. The way he explained it to us - whether it be in 5 or 10 years to upgrade for an expanded family, or because a hurdle in life makes it sooner than expected, his goal is to sell your house and find you that new one. And making a bad deal makes it harder on him when that time comes.- a shortcoming on the seller's end resulted in a missing termite inspection document the day before closing. Kevin was able to make it happen last minute through a termite inspector in his network of friends in the business.- new houses pop up every day and houses move quick. Kevin and Kelly made multiple short notice viewings happen.- Kevin was available at any time of the day - email, text or call. Some conversations would happen as late as midnight if questions came up.

It started with looking for the right house. We looked at several before we found the right one and Kevin was patient through it all, and this made us feel comfortable finding the right one. First, he made sure that I did not needlessly fix things that a buyer would not care about. Then, he helped me price it just right. After that, he created a nice, but accurate description of the house, and put it in the market. Within a few weeks we had several buyers, and he handled everything with them & get me involved only when needed. What I impressed me the most about him what his positive attitude and his work ethics. He would email me a document to sign at mid night, and still by 7 AM I would see another update or receive a text message. When things got stuck with the buyers loan, he intervened and took care of it. When my wife had to be out of the country at closing time, he also helped us get her a power of attorney. ZillowVERIFIED When you look at the categories that are most important in a buyer's agent, Kevin excels at all of them. In our specific experience, he showed us several properties and demonstrated knowledge of the area, and a lot of agents can do that, but what he did was to discuss things with us on our terms based on what we wanted not based on what he wanted to do.We looked at homes with four different agents during this process, and Kevin was hands down the most attentive, and the item that he excels at above all else is responsiveness. Specifically, you can call or text him at any time. He is tech savvy more so than some other agents we have seen or have heard about.His website is useful. It can be used to "favorite" homes and also to set up showings, which was helpful at the start of the process.Kevin's responsiveness and his use of tech are keys, but I also wanted to note how much he helped in the negotiation process. We made a reasonable offer, but we also had to do the due diligence to go through the home inspection and to go through an appraisal that came in under our sale price. Kevin helped us negotiate money for repairs and a drop in price.That's not always available. Much of that responsibility lies with the seller and what they are willing to do, but Kevin did what he could to advocate for us, and he was honest and direct and easy to contact throughout.I would buy a home with him again in a minute, even though I hope we never move from our permanent home in Edwardsville.I'd sell a home with him to because I think he's a good representative and an honest broker.
