ZillowVERIFIED Kevin and his team are amazing. Our simple sale threw some huge curveballs during escrow and Kevin never lost hope and had an army of resources and options to make the final sale. Kevin will work to negotiate every aspect of the sale and fought hard on our wishes after the inspection. Additionally - Kevin pitched in on the repairs/inspections when he didnt think we were getting a fair shake and he covered some of the cost. Not to mention everything I explained happen during the crush of COVID shutdowns and he still choreographed a complete sale without us every having to come to California since we live out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin is a very hard worker that will put in as much time as necessary to sell his clients home. He was very honest and kept in constant contact until our goals were realized. I always felt informed as to where we were in the process. If I had questions and Kevin was unavailable, he would always get back to me as soon as he could. He went out of his way to get extra information to me that had less to do with the selling of the house than information my tax advisor had requested. I was very happy with my association with Kevin and would not hesitate to use his services again if the occasion should arise. Working with Kevin was a very positive experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin... Honesty , reliable , trustworthy agent in LA county. I met him at a open house and spoke to him about issue of selling my house with a previous agent. I had my home listed with c-21 agent for 530,000 two months no showings. I ended up hiring kevin after the constant communication we had together so felt comfortable and believed in his abilities.
