Kevin will work to negotiate every aspect of the sale and fought hard on our wishes after the inspection. Additionally - Kevin pitched in on the repairs/inspections when he didnt think we were getting a fair shake and he covered some of the cost. Not to mention everything I explained happen during the crush of COVID shutdowns and he still choreographed a complete sale without us every having to come to California since we live out of state.
