ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt be happier with our experience with Kevin Valle of Valle Home Group as homebuyers. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods around the valley, as well as home improvement considerations. Kevin held our hands during the home buying process and went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home. He treats everyone like family. He has even helped us pick trusted and affordable vendors to paint and make other improvements post closing. We are so grateful and pleased. We highly recommend this group!!

ZillowVERIFIED The Valle Home Group totally surpassed my expectations in the sale of our home. We were working with Kevin and his team for almost a year before it went on the market. He was always responsive in a very quick manner to our questions. He priced it right! The house sold within days. The closing was a dream because they knew in advance what the possible holdups could be. I highly recommend Valley Home Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Every step of the way, Kevin and his team were top-notch professionals and on the ball. We had some surprises due to selling our deceased mother's home and not knowing some detail only she would know...but Kevin came through and made it all work out to our benefit. Thank you, Kevin! I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin was so awesome to work with! He sent us houses in a timely manner and had good communication skills. He was knowledgeable even about typical house layouts for their style and age. When we made our offer, he was able to negotiate and have our closing costs covered by the seller. He kept us in the loop when it came to paperwork and answered any questions we had. As first time home buyers with little knowledge, we got super lucky to work with him!

ZillowVERIFIED After moving to a new state and being first time home buyers, my husband and I felt clueless. Kevin was able to pinpoint exactly our taste/style after one phone call and was able to read us throughout the whole process. We moved to AZ during COVID when the market was at peak insanity. Because of this, the process got frustrating at times, but Kevin always remained positive, encouraging, and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with the home we found or the service provided by Kevin. He is someone you'll want to refer to all your friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant express how great it was working with Kevin on the sale of my home. He always had my best interest in mind and made sure I was kept informed. In addition his expertise and knowledge truly shined during an unfortunate experience I had with a buyer who was trying to change contract price very close to closing. Without Kevins knowledge of the process, things couldve had a very disadvantageous outcome. However Kevin was able to make sure I was not taken advantage of and ended up with things in my favor. He has extensive knowledge and contacts that assisted with getting any repairs completed in a timely manner, inexpensive and quality work. Huge thanks to Kevin and his team. I would highly recommend Kevin and Valley Home Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin went to battle with us as we fought hard to get into the size home we need for our developing family within our budget. Blessed to work with Kevin, truly felt I was more than just a client, but someone he was willing to work really hard for. Our process of looking for our unicorn home was not easy, and I thank Kevin for his patience and effort. Good man!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kevin by chance and looking back, i see i was blessed or lucky or etc. Kevin makes ideas into plans then into reality. He was my guide, my coach, my second opinion, but also a motivator and a honest, yes, really honest facilitator to make what i consider the complicated and very confusing process of buying a home; almost enjoyable but at least painless. I have been very fortunate from that chance encounter where we first met. I remind myself and also others how grateful i am to have Kevin and Matt as my teammates. You will be able to sense the honesty and true care Kevin possesses when you first meet him.

ZillowVERIFIED Searching for a new home via the internet & living out of state seemed overwhelming, yet with Kevin's personal attention I was able to secure a lovely condo. Kevin expertly handled the transmission of paperwork, lease agreements, etc with the landlord. Kevin was always available 24/7 to answer any of my questions and even met with my son on a Sunday afternoon so he could walk thru the condo before I saw it. I would highly recommend engaging Kevin in any real estate needs! He is thorough, trustworthy and professional...just what you need!

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin was a joy to work with! Not being from the area originally, it was hard for me to know where to start when looking for a new place. Kevin made the process simple and constantly updated a list of options that I could narrow down and he could tailor to fit my needs. The place I eventually found is definitely not a place I would have even considered originally if I was looking on my own. During the process, he kept a list of pros and cons at each place which allowed me to see that in the end, we found the perfect place. I would definitely like to work with Kevin again if I am ever looking for another home in the Phoenix area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin is an awesome guy. Off the bat you could tell the ambition and passion he had to make sure my girlfriend and I found the perfect place to suite both our wants and needs. For me a HUGE pro was when he handed me he business card and had a bible scripture on it. I moved out here from NY and grew up in the church. This instantly gave me additional confidence in his abilities. He is also very proactive and will make sure he reaches out to you to see if you've found anything new you wanted to see, times, etc... I can truly say from the first time my girlfriend and I met him we could tell how genuine he truly was. We found a place that suited both our needs, including our little ones. I would recommend Kevin without the shadow of a doubt to anyone looking for a house or place to live.
