As first time home buyers Kevin was very patient with us as we learned how the market worked, and as we discovered what was most important to us in finding the right home. We sincerely appreciate all of the time he took out for us, especially the countless Saturday mornings we spent looking at houses with him. Kevin created a great laidback experience for us by being friendly, honest, responsive, and giving the extra effort to find the best options for us. We never felt like we were being pushed towards one house or another just to get a sale done. Kevin was very genuine in his effort to find the right home for us. There were multiple times where he would politely hint that a certain house may not be a great option in the long run. We will always be grateful to him, and if/when we sell there is no doubt we will be contacting him again! We wish him the very best in the meantime.

Review Kevin did an excellent job finding homes for me that had exactly what I wanted. Once I found my home, he did a spectacular job explaining every step of the offers and closing processes with exquisite detail. He brought me from zero knowledge on virtually everything related to the purchase of a home to a level of understanding that I never thought that I would have. He was very involved in the entire process and was interested in making sure I knew exactly what. Even after I had signed, closed and received the keys for my house he made sure to check in to make sure everything has gone smoothly or if there was anything else that he could do. He was exactly what I wanted in a realtor and I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Review Kevin TerBeek did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find our new home. Kevin was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to help us find the right builder and home. Kevin knows the new and used housing market in and out. He built spreadsheets to help us analyze the pros and cons of each builder. Kevin searched the entire state to find us floor plans we could tour in person. He also helped us find an amazing mortgage company (super low rate and amazing customer service!!). Overall, I would highly recommend Kevin as a realtor and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

He went out of his way to make sure we were able to get all our paperwork and finances settled in time. Review Kevin was unbelievably knowledgeable especially for being as new as he is. He always picked up the phone when I called no matter what time it was. I've been in my home for about a month now and he still follows up to ensure that the things he said would happen are happening. I still feel like he's working for me this long after moving in.
