He was always available to answer our calls and questions--we never felt lost at sea through the process of selling and buying a house. Case in point: one offer we made got beat out by a higher offer. Over the next couple of weeks, I kept refreshing the Zillow page to see what the house sold for. One night around 9:30pm, I saw that the house was back on the market! I texted Kevin, who replied right away--he got a new offer together to submit first thing the following morning, and we got the house! Kevin is warm and friendly and we genuinely missed talking to him once the house buying process was over :) Now we get invited to his monthly customer appreciation events and annual pumpkin patch party!
