He helped my husband and I in our 2022-2023 search in a historically difficult buying market, and we truly could not have asked for a better realtor. I dont even know where to start! He consistently responded quickly to our numerous questions/requests (including some that came up after closing!) and always worked around our schedule to view houses or chat. We viewed A LOT of houses, but he never pressured us to move forward when we sensed something wasnt right. But when we did find houses we loved, he had a ton of insight and creative ideas for structuring competitive offers to make us stand out as buyers. He was also super professional, and I really felt like he looked out for our best interests throughout the process (hed always schedule himself private showings, for example, whenever we stopped by random open houses just because he wanted to advise appropriately/ confirm there werent any issues we needed to be aware of). He has a ton of expertise not only in the home buying process, but also in home maintenance. Frankly, our previous realtors completely pale in comparison to Kevin and I couldnt recommend him enough!

We bought a house in a very competitive market, and finding the right house at the right time was a challenge. My wife and I never felt any pressure from kevin to buy and he would always encourage us to continue looking if something didn?t feel right. 2. Professionalism and responsiveness are two of Kevin?s best qualities that make him an amazing realtor. Kevin sent us a list of properties that we may be interested in weekly. Over time and to our requests he modified the criteria to include new properties and to exclude properties that wouldn't work for us. In the process, he showed us many of these properties - even a second time. At no time, did Kevin pressure us to buy a property. In considering some properties, Kevin provided us with a list of comparable recent sales, so that we could judge whether the price was right. When we did find the home we needed, which turned out to be a condominium in a low-rise building, he helped us set a price that made sense to us and was acceptable to the sellers. ZillowVERIFIED I used Kevin to buy our first single family home (I had purchased a condo in the past). I was very particular about where I wanted to buy, which made the process that much harder. Kevin was very patient with me and took the time to walk through each (of the many) houses we looked at. He pointed out a lot of problem areas and things for me to be aware of as we walked through each home. I had used a different realtor in the past who would make any home seem like a prize. He is honest to the point where he will lose a sale, which you don't find in an industry where people make their money on commissions. He took the time to give prompt but also thoughtful and researched answers to any questions I had, and when he was busy and unable to give a full response he let me know when he would get back to me- and always did as he said. Anyone who has purchased real estate before knows its hard to trust anyone since the entire industry is based on commission. He doesn't make you feel like another ticket to cash in on. He will fight for what you want, and never make you feel like you don't have an out if you are unsure. Very rare.

Kevin and I had looked at numerous house, both online, and in person form many months leading up to when i found "the one". Kevin was always diligent in looking at the unexpected issues (that didn't catch my eye) when on our walk through of homes. Looking at the appliance dates, evidence of previous water damage were just a few of the items that helped me finally make my decision. The whole home buying process was completely new to me. Keven was great in walking me through the process, terminology, helping me with my lender and loan options, reviewing the numbers, and answering my thousands of questions. The night i put an offer in for my house, I also had a family emergency that would consume all of my time, energy and emotion. I decided to withdraw my offer. In the next 24 hours I was convinced by my family to resubmit my offer and they assured me that we would figure it out. This is when I feel i saw Kevin's true skills, experience, and professionalism. Kevin took over the process for me. He helped negotiate the deal, close the deal, schedule and attend the appraisal and inspections. Without his constant help, this wouldn't have been possible.
