I was going through a difficult move in 2011. In thinking back on the process I think Kevin had a good knowledge of the local real estate market but did not effectively protect me from some bullying type buyers. It was a different market at the time but in retrospect I would not work with Kevin again and also could not recommend him for others. Perhaps mine was an exception but that is my feeling thinking back on that transaction.

Working with Kevin was great! I had a house back in Connecticut and after having been out of state for the last eight years I decided it was time to sell it. The level of communication he provided was super helpful. Whenever I had question or concern he would take my calls or circle back quickly. Kevin provided excellent service in selling our home. He met with us and discussed pricing and staging the home. He had a professional staging consultant meet with us and a professional photographer take pictures of the house once it was ready. Kevin provided morale support and stayed on top of all issues as they arose. He even stopped my the house while we were out of town to make sure it was ready for a showing.I recommend Kevin highly as a dedicated and honest realty agent.
