ZillowVERIFIED My husband is in the union, and had a friend that had made a purchase with Kevin, and told him how amazing Kevin was throughout the process, especially sourcing funds from different union options, lender options, and figuring out financial options, we decided to contact Kevin as a baby step, at least informational, towards buying a home. We met with Kevin and walked in thinking he might tell us in this market to hang out and rent forever haha, but he was beyond encouraging, realistic, and plan focused, and we left with a solid financial plan, timeline, and most importantly understanding of the market and what we needed to do in order to make a financially sound investment, truly the meeting alone was priceless. In much less time than we expected (things are much easier when you have a clear path!) we were lender searching (I will put the contact info for seriously the best lender in all of the land at the end), house hunting, putting in offers, and pivoting with the market, and it truly wasn't stressful. I'm not sure if real estate will ever not be an emotional roller coaster again, but I can say that working with Kevin made everything seem doable, and all for the best, and the experience was priceless. We own a home, we'll be inviting Kevin over for dinner, and using him again when we level up in a few years :)

Wether you have a small condo or a mansion sitting on acres, he can find the buyer for that specific property and match them. He exceeded my expectations when he listed my house. The pictures he takes are the best Ive seen in the market (I have a lot attention to details, and he managed to please me regardless). Our open house had hundreds of visitors, he managed to multitask and answer all the questions coming at him, with the help of his team of course, but he was on top of the game. He even took extra time to show the house to other prospects even after the open house, which I think was a step beyond what I expect from my listing agent. Anyways, I think Kevin is a perfect example of how modern, sharp and professional real estate agents should be, and I think he will have a huge career in this industry.
