ZillowVERIFIEDKevin Munchel is extremely devoted to his clients. He sold us our house and was excellent in representing buyers. He made sure our concerns were addressed promptly and all of our needs were met. He is an excellent negotiator and always ensured we got the best deal possible. He also sold our house when we were ready to move and represented us as sellers as well. We were not even surprised when our house sold in less than a month because of Kevin! He is prompt with his listings and he does not waste time. His extensive knowledge in the industry ensures that sellers are well taken care of. He made sure we were being offered a fair deal for our home and explained the benefits of each offer we received thoroughly so that we could make an educated decision on a buyer. He made sure that we had a quick close so that we would not be tied up with the sale for too long. He is thorough, efficient and he takes care of his clients. I would always recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIEDSheila sold us our first home in 2018 which is perfect by the way. She was beyond amazing making the first time home buying experience not less stressful but no stress at all she worked diligently and above and beyond call of realtor duty to make our dream come true. I also sought out her services when selling a home for my recently departed loved one. Once again the process was with extreme ease and she and her team were so supportive even with our grieving . Shelua followed almost daily with me providing a genuine support both personal and professional. We are now purchasing our second home using Sheila Munchel and her team and without fail we are breeding through the process with absolute ease. I would highly recommend Sheila Munchel and her excellent team as your next real estate experts. In my opinion there is no competition, no one that will work so hard to provide your a home town touch, make you feel like family, or provide you fast, professional service with the best result. Shelia Munchel and her team are a 5 star and beyond company.
